Description
This recipe uses crushed pretzels to coat chicken breasts. You bake the chicken. You top it with a mustard and cheddar sauce.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice your chicken into strips.
- Season your strips with salt and pepper.
- Coat your strips in flour.
- Dip your strips in beaten eggs.
- Press your strips into crushed pretzels.
- Place your chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Mix cream, mustard, and cheese in a pan.
- Stir on low heat until the cheese melts.
- Serve the sauce over your chicken.

- Use honey mustard for flavor.
- Press pretzels hard to make them stick.
- Serve with vegetables.
