- 1 package pink starburst gelatin mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 20 plastic shot cups
Instructions
- Boil one cup of water in a small pot.
- Pour the gelatin mix into a large bowl.
- Add the boiling water to the bowl and stir until the powder dissolves.
- Pour in the cold water and vodka.
- Stir the mixture well to combine the liquids.
- Pour the liquid into small plastic cups.
- Place the cups in your refrigerator for two hours or until firm.
Notes
- Use strawberry gelatin if you cannot find the Starburst brand.
- Replace vodka with extra water or fruit juice for virgin shots.
- Use agar agar instead of gelatin for a vegan version.
- Top with whipped cream before you serve them.
