- 1 pound flank steak sliced thin
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup provolone cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Boil your tortellini and drain the water.
- Heat olive oil in your skillet over medium heat.
- Brown your steak slices in the skillet.
- Set your steak aside on a plate.
- Cook your onions and peppers until they soften.
