- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil.
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken on the grill.
- Cook for 7 minutes per side.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of salsa verde over each breast.
- Place a slice of cheese on the salsa.
- Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
- Remove the chicken from the heat and serve.
Notes
- Use a thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
