- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Boil a pot of salted water.
- Cook your pasta as the package directs.
- Drain the water.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Season your chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken until it turns brown.
- Move the chicken to a plate.
- Add garlic and tomatoes to the pan.
- Pour in the cream and simmer.
- Stir in the cheese until it melts.
- Add the chicken and pasta back to the pan.
- Stir in the spinach.
- Serve your food.
