Ingredients

  • 16 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Boil egg noodles in water
  3. Drain the noodles
  4. Brown ground beef in a skillet
  5. Add onion and garlic to the beef
  6. Cook until onion is soft
  7. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer
  8. Mix sour cream and cottage cheese in a bowl
  9. Combine noodles with the sour cream mixture
  10. Put half the noodles in a baking dish
  11. Top with meat sauce and half the cheese
  12. Add the rest of the noodles and cheese
  13. Bake for 20 minutes
