- 1.5 lbs chicken breast cut into cubes
- 2 bell peppers chopped
- 1 red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cut chicken and vegetables into cubes.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Put chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
- Brush sauce over the skewers.
- Heat your grill to medium heat.
- Grill skewers for 15 minutes.
- Turn skewers every few minutes for even cooking.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
- Keep pieces similar in size for even cooking.
