Description
This marinade uses yogurt and spices for chicken kabobs. It makes meat soft.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds chicken breast cubes
Instructions
- Whisk yogurt, oil, lemon juice, and spices in a bowl.
- Add chicken cubes to the bowl.
- Mix the meat with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl.
- Refrigerate for two hours.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Grill until the meat is cooked.

- Soak wooden skewers in water.
- Marinate overnight for flavor.
- Serve with rice or flatbread.
