- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Peel and chop potatoes into cubes.
- Boil potatoes in a pot of water until soft.
- Drain the water and mash potatoes with butter and cheese.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until the center is no longer pink.
- Remove chicken from the pan.
- Add garlic to the same pan and cook for one minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and cream.
- Simmer the sauce until it thickens.
- Place chicken on potatoes and pour gravy on top.

- Use Yukon Gold potatoes for a creamy texture.
- Wait five minutes before you slice the chicken.
- Add more garlic if you prefer a stronger taste.
