Description

- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley
Instructions
- Melt butter in your pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for one minute.
- Pour in broth and milk.
- Add your pasta to the pot.
- Bring the liquid to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for ten minutes.
- Stir your pasta often.
- Remove from heat when your pasta is tender.
- Mix in your cheese.
- Add parsley on top.
