- 3 cloves minced garlic

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 3 chopped green onions
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef to the pan.
- Cook the beef until it turns brown.
- Drain the excess fat from the skillet.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the beef.
- Cook for one minute.
- Stir in the brown sugar soy sauce sesame oil and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer the mixture for two minutes.
- Spoon the beef over the cooked rice.
- Top the dish with green onions.
