Description
The meal combines beef and noodles. You use a slow cooker for the beef.

- 2 pounds beef chuck roast cubed
- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang paste
- 0.5 cup beef broth
- 16 ounces ramen noodles
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place beef in your slow cooker.
- Mix soy sauce, sugar, oil, ginger, garlic, gochujang, and broth.
- Pour the sauce over the beef.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Boil the noodles.
- Drain the noodles.
- Add the noodles to your cooker.
- Toss the beef and noodles.
- Top with onions and seeds.
Notes
- Use low sodium soy sauce.
- Add carrots for crunch.
- Use honey instead of sugar.
