  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang paste
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 16 ounces ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place beef in your slow cooker.
  2. Mix soy sauce, sugar, oil, ginger, garlic, gochujang, and broth.
  3. Pour the sauce over the beef.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. Boil the noodles.
  6. Drain the noodles.
  7. Add the noodles to your cooker.
  8. Toss the beef and noodles.
  9. Top with onions and seeds.
