Ingredients

  • 2 cups white rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup cucumbers
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add steak to the bowl.
  3. Rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice.
  5. Heat a skillet.
  6. Sear steak until brown.
  7. Put rice in bowls.
  8. Top with steak and vegetables.
  9. Add sauce.
