Description

- 1 pound flank steak
- 2 cups white rice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 cup cucumbers
- 1 cup carrots
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add steak to the bowl.
- Rest for 15 minutes.
- Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice.
- Heat a skillet.
- Sear steak until brown.
- Put rice in bowls.
- Top with steak and vegetables.
- Add sauce.

- Use tamari for gluten free meals.
- Swap steak for chicken.
- Add kimchi for flavor.
- Make sauce early.
