Description
This recipe recreates the sweet side dish from Chicken Salad Chick. You combine grapes with a cream cheese dressing and a pecan topping.

- 2 pounds red seedless grapes
- 2 pounds green seedless grapes
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Wash the red and green grapes.
- Dry the grapes with a towel.
- Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir the grapes into the cream cheese mixture.
- Put the grape mixture in a serving dish.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Add the chopped pecans over the brown sugar.
- Refrigerate the salad for two hours.
Notes
- Use seedless grapes for this recipe.
- Dry the grapes so the dressing stays thick.
- Keep the salad cold until you serve it.
