Description
This dish layers grilled chicken with pineapple and rice. You use a soy glaze for flavor.
Ingredients

- 1.5 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.25 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 pineapple rings
- 2 cups rice
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, ginger, and garlic.
- Place chicken in half of the sauce.
- Wait 30 minutes.
- Heat your grill.
- Cook chicken for 6 minutes per side.
- Grill pineapple for 2 minutes per side.
- Brush sauce on chicken.
- Put rice on a plate.
- Top rice with chicken and pineapple.
