- 1 lb chicken breast cubes
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Line your sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onion on the pan.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over your ingredients.
- Toss the mixture to coat everything.
- Spread your food in one layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
