- 1 cup salsa verde
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 cup cilantro
Instructions
- Heat your grill to medium high heat.
- Coat chicken with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Put chicken on the grill.
- Cook for 6 minutes per side.
- Spoon salsa verde onto the chicken.
- Top with pepper jack cheese.
- Close the lid for 2 minutes.
- Confirm the temperature is 165 degrees.
- Garnish with cilantro.
