- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 skewers
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for thirty minutes.
- Cut your chicken into one inch cubes.
- Mix ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken to the bowl and coat each piece.
- Thread chicken cubes onto your skewers.
- Heat your grill to medium heat.
- Place skewers on the grill.
- Cook for twelve minutes.
- Turn skewers every three minutes.
- Remove chicken when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

- Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning.
- Use fresh garlic for more flavor.
- Discard leftover marinade.
