  • 12 skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for thirty minutes.
  2. Cut your chicken into one inch cubes.
  3. Mix ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add chicken to the bowl and coat each piece.
  5. Thread chicken cubes onto your skewers.
  6. Heat your grill to medium heat.
  7. Place skewers on the grill.
  8. Cook for twelve minutes.
  9. Turn skewers every three minutes.
  10. Remove chicken when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
