Description
This dish uses bread and orange custard. You bake it until golden.

- 1 pound French bread cubes
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Grease a baking dish.
- Place bread cubes in the dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, juice, zest, syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the liquid over the bread.
- Press the bread to soak it.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
Notes
- Use stale bread.
- Add orange slices on top.
- Keep leftovers in the fridge.
