- 16 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 diced cucumber
- 0.5 cup sliced black olives
- 0.5 cup diced red onion
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water until tender.
- Drain the water and cool the pasta.
- Chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the pasta and vegetables in a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the mixture.
- Add the parmesan cheese.
- Toss all ingredients to coat them.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for one hour.
