- 4 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Pick your dandelions and remove all green parts.
- Place your petals in a pot with water.
- Boil your mixture for ten minutes.
- Let your petals steep overnight in your fridge.
- Strain your liquid through a fine cloth.
- Add your lemon juice and sugar to the liquid.
- Boil your mixture until it reaches 220 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pour your hot jelly into jars.
- Seal your jars and let them cool.
