Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice per the package directions
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned
  4. Add corn to the skillet and cook for five minutes
  5. Mix mayonnaise sour cream lime juice and chili powder in a bowl
  6. Combine the sauce with the chicken and corn
  7. Place rice in four bowls
