- 1 pound chicken breast cut into cubes
- 2 bell peppers sliced

- 1 zucchini sliced into rounds

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
Instructions
- Combine oil lemon juice garlic and spices in a bowl.
- Marinate chicken for 10 minutes.
- Place chicken and vegetables on skewers.
- Grill skewers for 12 minutes on medium heat.
- Cook rice in a pot with water.
- Chop vegetables for the salad.
