Instructions
- Preheat your electric smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Mix the brown sugar and spices in a small bowl.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil.
- Apply the spice rub to all sides of the meat.
- Place the chicken on the smoker racks.
- Add wood chips to the tray.
- Smoke the chicken for 2 hours.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes.
