- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease your baking pan.
- Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Add the egg and sour cream to the bowl.
- Mix the flour baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures.
- Stir the rhubarb into the batter.
- Spread the batter in the pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
