Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the sugar and spices in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over the beef.
  4. Place the beef in a pan.
  5. Pour the broth into the pan.
  6. Cover the pan with foil.
