Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pre-cooked chicken sausage sliced into rounds
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1 small zucchini sliced into half moons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice the chicken sausage into rounds.
  3. Chop the peppers and zucchini into small pieces.
  4. Put the sausage and vegetables into a bowl.
  5. Pour the olive oil over the ingredients.
  6. Add the oregano garlic powder salt and pepper.
  7. Toss everything to coat the pieces.
  8. Put the mixture in the air fryer basket.
  9. Cook for 10 minutes.
  10. Shake the basket after 5 minutes.
  11. Remove the food and serve it hot.
