- 12 ounces pre-cooked chicken sausage sliced into rounds
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
- 1 small zucchini sliced into half moons
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice the chicken sausage into rounds.
- Chop the peppers and zucchini into small pieces.
- Put the sausage and vegetables into a bowl.
- Pour the olive oil over the ingredients.
- Add the oregano garlic powder salt and pepper.
- Toss everything to coat the pieces.
- Put the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Shake the basket after 5 minutes.
- Remove the food and serve it hot.
