Description
A viral deconstructed sushi roll casserole. Layers of seasoned sushi rice, furikake, and creamy spicy crab baked until bubbly. Served with roasted seaweed.

- 3 cups Sushi Rice (cooked)
- 1 lb Imitation Crab (shredded)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Kewpie Mayo
- 3 tbsp Furikake
- 2 packs Nori (Seaweed Sheets)
- 1 Avocado
Instructions
- Season cooked rice with vinegar, sugar, and salt. Press into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle rice with Furikake seasoning.
- Mix shredded crab, cream cheese, mayo, and sriracha. Spread over rice.
- Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm by scooping into Nori sheets with avocado and cucumber.
Notes
- Rice: Must use short-grain or Calrose rice for the sticky texture.
- Mayo: Kewpie mayo is highly recommended for authentic flavor.
- Alcohol-Free: Use a homemade soy glaze (sugar/soy sauce) instead of mirin-based eel sauce.
