Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, vanilla, and egg. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into mini cake molds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
