- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 0.5 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the rice.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Cook the chicken until brown.
- Add broccoli and peppers.
- Cook for five minutes.
- Pour sauce over the chicken.
- Stir the mixture.
- Put rice in bowls.
- Add the chicken mixture.
- Garnish your bowl with green onions.
Notes
- Use cauliflower rice for fewer carbs.
- Add red pepper flakes for spice.
- Store your leftovers in the fridge for three days.
