These sugar cookie cups are a delightful treat filled with cream and topped with sprinkles.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Roll dough into small balls and place them in a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Once cooled, fill each cup with whipped cream.
- Top with sprinkles before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use any type of sprinkles you like.
- For a variation, add food coloring to the whipped cream.
