  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add the pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix well.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
