  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease your 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
  3. Scatter coconut and pecans in the pan.
  4. Prepare the cake mix with eggs oil and water.
  5. Pour the batter over the coconut and pecans.
  6. Beat cream cheese and butter in a bowl.
  7. Mix in the powdered sugar.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture onto the batter.
  9. Top with peanut butter cups.
  10. Swirl the layers with a knife.
  11. Bake for 40 minutes.
  12. Cool the cake.
