Delicious raspberry jam filled buns.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in milk until combined.
- Shape the dough into small balls.
- Press a thumbprint in the center of each ball and fill with raspberry jam.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use any flavor of jam if preferred.
