Delicious raspberry cheesecake brownies with a rich chocolate base.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in sugar.
- Remove from heat and add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, cocoa, and salt until combined.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over brownie layer.
- Drop spoonfuls of remaining brownie batter on top.
- Sprinkle raspberries over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for best freshness.
- Use frozen raspberries if fresh ones are not available.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
