Description

- 1 head green cabbage
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the cabbage into one inch thick wedges.
- Mix the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Place the wedges on a large baking sheet.
- Brush the garlic oil over both sides of each wedge.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cabbage.
- Roast the cabbage for 25 minutes.
- Remove the tray when the edges turn golden brown.

- Keep the core intact to hold the wedges together.
- Space the wedges out to let them crisp.
