  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the cabbage into one inch thick wedges.
  3. Mix the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  4. Place the wedges on a large baking sheet.
