- 12 jalapeno peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut your jalapenos in half lengthwise.
- Remove the seeds and membranes.
- Mix the cream cheese with garlic powder.
- Fill the pepper halves with the cream cheese.
- Top each pepper with cheddar and bacon.
- Bake the peppers for 15 minutes.
