Description

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions sliced
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until the meat turns brown.
- Drain the fat from the pan.
- Add the broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet.
- Cook the vegetables for five minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger for one minute.
- Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the beef.
- Toss the ingredients for two minutes.
- Top with green onions and serve.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey instead of beef.
- Add red pepper flakes if you want heat.
- Store leftovers in a container for three days.
