Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a baking dish.
- Place the chicken, peppers, and onion in the dish.
- Add the rice and fajita seasoning.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and add cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
