Instructions

  1. Whisk the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the liquid into your ice cream maker.
  3. Churn the mixture for 20 minutes until thick.
  4. Mix the sea salt into the caramel sauce in a small dish.
  5. Transfer half of the churned ice cream into a freezer-safe container.
  6. Drizzle half of the salted caramel over the ice cream.
  7. Add the remaining ice cream and top with the rest of the caramel.
  8. Freeze the container for 4 hours before serving.
