- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni (uncooked)
- 1 can (15oz) Tomato Sauce
- 1 can (15oz) Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 Green Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in a large pot. Drain fat.
- Stir in garlic, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, soy sauce, and spices. Bring to boil.
- Add uncooked macaroni. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir occasionally until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- One Pot: The pasta cooks directly in the sauce, adding flavor and thickening the dish.
- Soy Sauce: Adds a deep umami flavor to the beef; can substitute with Worcestershire.
