- 3 lb Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 8 Pepperoncini Peppers
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Place chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle Ranch and Au Jus packets over the meat.
- Top with butter and peppers.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
- Shred beef with forks and mix with the gravy.
- Serve over mashed potatoes.
Notes
- No Water: Do not add liquid; the beef and butter create the sauce.
- Butter: You can use half a stick to reduce fat if desired.
- Salty: The packets are salty, so do not add extra salt to the meat.
