Ingredients

  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 8 Pepperoncini Peppers
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle Ranch and Au Jus packets over the meat.
  3. Top with butter and peppers.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
  5. Shred beef with forks and mix with the gravy.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes.
