  • 2 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 2 Lemons
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat chicken dry.
  2. Rub chicken with lemon pepper seasoning blend, under and over the skin.
  3. Place chicken on a bed of lemon slices in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with butter and olive oil.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and serve.
