Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with onions and peppers; drain fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and drained tomatoes.
  3. Press biscuit dough into the bottom of a 9×13 dish.
  4. Layer beef over dough. Top with sour cream/mayo/cheese mixture.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
