Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk pineapple juice, soy sauce, sugar, ketchup, and aromatics. Reserve 1 cup.
  2. Marinate chicken in the remaining sauce for 3 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  4. Grill chicken 6 minutes per side.
  5. Brush generously with reserved glaze in the last few minutes of cooking until charred and sticky.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve.
