  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Cooked Quinoa
  • 1 Avocado

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Roast seasoned sweet potato cubes for 25 minutes.
  2. Sear chicken cubes in a skillet until golden and cooked. Remove.
  3. Simmer honey, hot sauce, butter, and garlic in the skillet to make the glaze.
  4. Toss chicken in the sauce.
  5. Assemble bowls with grains, potatoes, and glazed chicken.
  6. Top with avocado and green onions.
