- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 pound potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons parsley
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Put your chicken and potatoes on a pan.
- Mix your oil garlic and spices.
- Pour your oil over the food.
- Spread your food in one layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Add your cheese to the top.
- Bake 5 minutes more.
- Add your parsley.
