  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat steak dry and cut into 1-inch cubes. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking.
  3. Sear steak bites in batches for 2 minutes total, ensuring a brown crust on all sides. Remove from pan.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Melt butter in the pan and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Return steak to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
