This garlic butter pasta takes 15 minutes. You use pantry items for a fast weeknight meal.

- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot with salt.
- Cook the pasta for 10 minutes or until soft.
- Peel and mince your garlic cloves.
- Melt butter and oil in a large skillet.
- Cook the garlic for 1 minute in the skillet.
- Drain the pasta and save a cup of water.
- Mix the pasta into the garlic butter.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and seasonings.
