Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Raw Shrimp (peeled, deveined, chopped)
  • 1 cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 Roma Tomatoes (seeded, diced)
  • 1 Cucumber (seeded, diced)
  • 1/2 Red Onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeño (minced)
  • 1 Avocado (cubed)
  • Salt and Pepper

  4. Add chopped vegetables and cilantro to the cured shrimp.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional olive oil.
  6. Fold in avocado gently.
